Comfortable beds. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. Gio responded to questions fairly quickly, and was nice enough to let us park on his property for a few days. Parking is a challenge near the beach. Has the basics for cooking.

Great location! Extremely comfortable beds, TVs w/complete cable. Gio was very prompt in answering questions/concerns and even bought me a toaster! He was a terrific host. Will definitely be back!
