The space

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the second floor of a 5 unit beach apartment building. You must walk up a flight of stairs to access the apartment. The unit does not feature an ocean or beach view, the building is three back from the beach. The City of Hollywood has metered parking spaces on the street. Discounted parking can be purchased from the City of Hollywood Website-non resident parking permit. The apartment was last renovated about 10 years ago. The kitchen has pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, and bowls. We do not offer salt, pepper, spices, oil etc. Bed room 1 has two double beds with TV and ensuite bathroom, Bedroom two has a TV double bed and twin size bunk beds. There is a spacious living area with sofas, chairs, and TV’s. We provide basic toiletries, clean linens, and towels.
